SetNoteBounds メソッド

スタイルによってセルのメモが常に表示に設定されている場合に、そのメモの位置とサイズを設定します。

パラメータ

row: メモを含むセルの行インデックス
column: メモを含むセルの列インデックス
x: メモの始点のX座標
y: メモの始点のY座標
width: メモの幅（ピクセル単位）
height: メモの高さ（ピクセル単位）
