IsRowUsed メソッド (ISheetStyleModel)

モデル内の行にスタイル設定が含まれるかどうかを判定します。

row: モデルの行インデックス

戻り値の型

Boolean：行にスタイル設定が含まれる場合は True、それ以外の場合は False
