指定した比較子（およびパラメータ）に基づいて、シートの指定したセル範囲に条件付き書式を設定します。

パラメータ

row: 開始行インデックス
column: 列の開始インデックス
rowCount: 行数
columnCount: 列数
style: 条件が満たされる場合にセルに適用するスタイル
op: セル値とパラメータ値に適用する比較演算子
firstCondition: 最初のパラメータ値
lastCondition: 最後のパラメータ値
