選択項目のValue値を取得する

セルの値が変更され、コマンドバーの更新ボタンが押されるかコードでFpSpreadクラスのSaveChangesメソッドが実行されると、FpSpreadクラスのUpdateCommandイベントが発生します。UpdateCommandイベントで、変更された値を取得できます。
