CellNote が編集状態の場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。

解説

選択した CellNote が編集コントロールをホストしていて、IsCurrentCellNoteInEditMode が true の場合、CellNoteEditingControl プロパティを通じて編集コントロールを取得できます。
