カレンダーのヘッダを追加する

CalendarGridのヘッダは、既定では月スタイルのカレンダーに最適化されています。週スタイルのカレンダーにヘッダを追加するには、次のようにはじめに既存の項目を削除し、その後に週スタイルのためのボタンやキャプションを追加します。
