リンク文字列を表示する

LinkLabel型セルでは、リンク文字列はCalendarLinkLabelCellType.Textプロパティに設定します。セルの値（CalendarCell.Value）にはリンクの訪問済み、未訪問を示すBoolean型の値を格納します。
