LogicalToDeviceUnits(Int32,Int32,Int32,Int32) メソッド

現在の DPI に合わせて C1.Framework.Thickness を拡大縮小し、左右上下の各辺の太さを最も近い整数値に切り捨てることで、太さを論理単位からデバイス単位に変換します。

left: 拡大縮小される左辺。
