BaseKeyCollectionコレクション内に特定の値があるかどうかを取得します。

パラメータ

value: BaseKeyCollectionコレクション内で検索する値。

戻り値の型

指定した値を持つ要素がBaseKeyCollectionコレクションに含まれる場合はtrue、それ以外の場合はfalse。
