マウスをドラッグしてスライダーを移動するときのデルタを指定する値を取得または設定します。

デルタを表す数値。デフォルト値は 1 です。

DragFrequency プロパティを使用すると、マウスをドラッグしているときにスライダーが移動する距離を設定できます。
