OnInsertComplete メソッド (NotifyCollection)

NotifyCollection インスタンスに新しい要素を挿入した後に、追加のカスタム処理を実行します。

パラメータ

index: value を挿入する位置の 0 から始まるインデックス。
value: index にある要素の新しい値。
