比較演算子（以下）オペレータ

指定した一方の DateTimeEx が、指定したもう一方の DateTimeEx 以下かどうかを判断します。

パラメータ

d1: DateTimeEx。
d2: DateTimeEx。

戻り値の型

d1 が d2 以下の場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。

例外

例外	解説
System.ArgumentNullException	d1 と d2 は null にできません。
